Each home comes supplied with 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dish pods, 2 laundry pods, 2 trash bags per trash can in each bathroom and kitchen. Things to bring: laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo and body wash, extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent pods.

1st Floor:
Bedroom #1: Located on the left hand side as you enter the home, on the first floor, is a king bedroom featuring a large flat screen TV, ample closet space, chest of drawers, and an adjoined jack and jill bathroom with a luxuriously tiled shower/tub combo. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway leading to the kitchen. and mounted tv.
Laundry Closet- located in the hallway next to the stairs, is the laundry closet. Featuring new, high end, full sized Samsung washer and dryer, with overhead shelf.
Bedroom # 2: Located just past the entrance of the home on the right hand side, is this private bedroom with a King sized bed, mounted flat screen tv, and private bathroom featuring a modern tiled shower with glass door.
2nd Floor:
Bedroom # 3: As you arrive at the top of the stairs, to the left is a bedroom with a king sized bed, night stand, and mounted tv. This bedroom shares the full sized bathroom down the hall.
Bedroom # 4: From the top of the stairs, straight ahead is this bedroom with a king sized bed, mounted flat screen tv, and with a private ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom # 5: At the end of the hallway on the second floor is a spacious master bedroom with mounted flat screen tv, chest of drawers, ample closet space, as well as balcony access overlooking the pool. This ensuite bathroom boasts a large soaking tub enclosed in the walk in shower area with turquoise accent tile, double vanity, and water closet.
3rd Floor:
Bedroom # 6: This bedroom features a set of custom built in bunk beds. The custom bunks have a full/full as well as a queen size stand alone bed, comfortably sleeping 6 guests. The bedroom also has a mounted flat screen tv and shares the hallway bathroom with bedroom #7.
Bedroom # 7: Straight ahead at the top of the third floor is bedroom #7. This bedroom has a king sized bed, balcony access, mounted flat screen tv, and a closet. This bedroom share the hallway bathroom with bedroom #6 (bunk room)

*Inquire for college group spring break rates, Rates are group specific, Including included number of guests.
Rate includes 16 guests, July 4th rate includes 18 guests. $100 per person over 16 guests.
*If groups under 25 are accepted, a $100 Damage Deposit will be required from each person.
If your group is a student group or a group under 25. You must email and get approval before booking. **ANYONE UNDER 25 MUST INQUIRE BEFORE BOOKING OR YOUR RESERVATION CAN BE CANCELLED**

Damage Waiver:
$199-$299, covering up to $500-$700 in damage protection.

Our Cancellation Policy
If cancelled before 60 days prior to arrival, we charge %25 of the rental rate and taxes.
If cancelled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.
ALL CARS MUST BE IN DRIVEWAY. 5 CARS MAXIMUM.
NO Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted per HOA rules.
Weddings, events, and parties are not permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, you will be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and Travel Life Vacation damage fines. This is a non-smoking property, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.

We use a commercial grade Anti Viral/Bacteria spray that gets used on all hard & soft surfaces throughout the homes.
Linens always get properly washed, and fresh sets brought after each guest checkout. So guests get all fresh sheets, towels and bath mats.
Our pools are always professionally maintained. The balancing of the chemicals to ensure a clean and healthy pool.
